Shopping with us should be a worry-free experience, which is why we offer a generous 120-days return policy. If you're not entirely satisfied, return your item in its original, unworn condition within 120 days for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

Ensure your item(s) remain in new, unworn condition with the original jewelry tag (if applicable) intact, and the
return request should be made within 120 days of the original shipping date. You're encouraged to try on your item without removing the jewelry tag. Keeping the tag intact is appreciated unless you decide to keep your purchase. We strive to make the return process easy and accommodating for our valued customers. Please note that all the custom orders(rings, pieces with custom size options, and all items with engravings initials or names) are considered final sale. These items are final sale and will not be refunded once an order has been shipped.

Please ensure that any promotional gifts received are also returned with your item. Please note that items which have been resized, updated, and/or repaired do not qualify for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange:
-Custom-made or personalized jewelry.
-Rings that have been engraved or resized at the customer's request.
-Special-order items.
-Items that have been modified after purchase.
-Gift cards.

Additionally, please be aware that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10
business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

Repairs and Warranty Claims

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. All sales are considered final; however, should you find a defect with your purchase, we invite you to reach out within 120 days of receipt at hello@oriamore.com for an exchange.

To claim a repair under warranty, please contact our customer service with your order details and a description of the issue. If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, we will repair the item at no additional cost or replace it if necessary.

For security and fraud prevention, all returned diamonds and jewelry are
inspected by our gemologists to verify that the returned item matches the original item shipped, including laser inscriptions (where applicable), grading reports, weight, measurements, and identifying characteristics.

Any item showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, resizing, repair by a third
party, or missing certificates or original packaging may be refused or subject to a
restocking fee, where permitted by law.

diamond and jewelry piece is uniquely documented prior to shipment, including
high-resolution photography, grading reports, laser inscription (where applicable), weight, measurements, and other identifying characteristics.
All returned merchandise undergoes a thorough inspection by our gemologists
and quality assurance team to verify that the returned item is the exact item
originally shipped and that it complies with our return policy.

Oriamore maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity, including chargeback abuse, false claims, or the return of substituted, altered, or counterfeit merchandise. In such cases, we reserve the right to decline the return or refund and to pursue all available civil and criminal remedies, including cooperation with financial institutions, payment providers, and law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
