return request should be made within 120 days of the original shipping date. You're encouraged to try on your item without removing the jewelry tag. Keeping the tag intact is appreciated unless you decide to keep your purchase. We strive to make the return process easy and accommodating for our valued customers.

Please ensure that any promotional gifts received are also returned with your item. Please note that items which have been resized, updated, and/or repaired do not qualify for return. Additionally, please be aware that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost.

Repairs and Warranty Claims

To claim a repair under warranty, please contact our customer service with your order details and a description of the issue. If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, we will repair the item at no additional cost or replace it if necessary.
